Cities for Talent 2026: Brno
Building on the success of our annual meetings in Barcelona, Utrecht, and Bologna, the International Talent Network is proud to announce that the Brno Expat Centre will host the fourth edition of Cities for Talent from September 22–24, 2026, in Brno, Czech Republic.
This three-day congress brings together city and regional representatives from across Europe. It is a unique opportunity for practitioners specializing in talent attraction and retention to share best practices, data-driven insights, and proven strategies to enhance the impact and effectiveness of relocation services.
Workshop Topics:
- Measuring Success (how to track data and prove the real value of our services and internationals to city decision-makers and politicians)
- Communication & Public Support (how can we explain the value of international talent in a way that speaks to residents, politicians, employers and institutions)
- Connected Communities (practical formats and ideas to connect internationals with locals, support social cohesion, prevent isolated communities and support peer volunteering)
- Inclusive Employment (what practical tools, services or formats help employers hire, onboard and keep international talent)
- Career Support for Internationals as a Retention Tool (what kind of career support can we realistically offer — and where should the role of an expat/talent centre end)
Schedule
The meeting commences on September 22 at 3:00 PM and concludes on September 24 at 1:00 PM.
